“We were experiencing issues with our outside condenser. Called and explained that to the service team. They scheduled us as quickly as possible. I got a call from service team saying that someone was scheduled and gave me a time frame for repairs. Shortly afterwards I got called by service technician advising me that they were on their way to my house. He showed up and quickly troubleshot the situation. Replaced the warranty part and tested the system and was able to fix the problem very quickly and promptly. Technician was friendly but professional with me. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining exactly what he did. I’m grateful for the help from Trouth and will continue to call on them for my HVAC needs”
